What Ifs are possibly the biggest fan pass-time of any fandom ever. Fans of everything engage in countless hours of pondering what if something had happened differently in the past and what if something happens in the future. It is quite fun to think about all of these different scenarios that creates a whole new world to play around. So I'll be taking three approaches to this blog:
1) The ultimate What If world of "What if Peyton Manning was picked #2 by San Diego and Ryan Leaf had been picked #1 by Indy?" That's a whole world I'll build on my own as the 1998 season was the beginning of the new era of football.
2) "What if the 2013-14 playoffs had gone differently?" That'll be more of looking at how each game could've gone differently and how it ultimately would've effected the future of football.
3) Smaller, day-by-day What Ifs. Things along the lines of "What If Michael Vick starts for the Jets?" :What if he was never injured and Nick Foles never emerged?" Just little things I can have fun with when I'm not doing the big ones.
